10 animals that prove Mother Nature is absurdly creative
Mother nature is capable of some truly incredible things. Sometimes, she creates an animal that looks almost typical but with one feature that makes them stand out.
Every single animal in the world is unique. You may think that some species of animals are basically indistinguishable from one another. But that isn’t the case. Every animal has something that makes them different.
The 10 animals below all have interesting quirks that make them remarkable, from a human point of view, anyway:
1. A black squirrel with a blonde tail
Perhaps squirrels can perform transplants and this is the result of a talented surgeon? Or maybe it’s a prosthetic.
2. Is it a lizard? Is it a pitchfork?
He is nature’s Swiss army knife.
3. The bow-tortoise
His life is just one big swanky party. Just think, even tortoises can be fancier than you.
4. Those eyes are works of art
Having two different colors in the same eyeball is called sectoral heterochromia. It just so happens to make this cat’s eyes look like the Ukranian flag.
5. This butterfly has spooky faces on its wing
If I were a predator, I’d be scared off. He’s clearly showing off the soul of his last victim.
6. She has a raw, a paw with an R
Everyone should check their cats for hidden letters. Perhaps they’re trying to tell us something?
7. The skin on this Gecko mostly shed. Just not the eyebrow skin
He needs those brows to show how annoyed he is all the time. He must be pissed off at the Geico Gecko being the most famous of his kind.
8. A teeny tiny frog
Is this an abnormally small frog or is the whole species this tiny? If there are more, how small are the tadpoles?
9. The horse’s nose has an arrow pointing up to his head
Does he have the words, “I’m with stupid,” on his chin?
10. Count Catula himself
He doesn’t drink milk, only blood.
Imagine owning or spotting one of these animals? And just imagine all the other amazingly unique creatures out there. These wonderful animals must just be the tip of the iceberg.
