Pet owners are always excited to bring their beloved pets to a groomer. There, they don’t just pamper their furry companions but also give them a makeover that they always look forward to.

However, they don’t always get the results that they expect. It’s either it fell short of what they expected or the outcome was just ridiculously awful.

We listed 10 of the funniest pet grooming fails that will definitely make you look twice or even more.

1. Poker face

The caption says it all. This pooch can’t even make any facial expression about the outcome of its haircut. I don’t know about you but I like the bangs though.

2. She looks pissed

Basing on the caption, it looks like the boyfriend did a not so fantastic job with the cat’s haircut. The owner even put a disclaimer, what do you guys think?

3. Pony bangs?

Mom’s intention to cut this pony’s hair was good but the outcome turned out to be pretty bad. However, if the new hair made way for this cute farm animal to have better vision, then I guess we can give mom a “thumbs up” for a job well done.

4. Cheerleader

Another grooming fail, featuring this lovely-looking dog. It looks like it was given a trim all over its body, however, they left the feet hairy. They made it look like a pair of pom-poms and colored it red. Bright idea? Not so.

5. Mustache and beard

The owner of this pooch took the liberty of cutting the dog’s hair for it to look like a real person. Well, that mustache and beard look good assuming that the dog is a boy but if not, then the owner should start removing that manly facial hair.

6. Expectation vs reality

We always say reality hurts, well, it definitely does! Just imagine the pain felt by this dog and its owner. One might think that the groomer was either tipsy or totally drunk during the session, don’t you think so too?

7. You’ve got to be kidding me!

If you want to personally groom your pet, that’s fine, but we think the owner of this poor cat made fun of it first before finishing the job. Just look at that poor cat’s face, people behind the camera must’ve been laughing out loud and the feline was wondering why.

8. A touch of blonde

Grooming a pet is not as easy as 1-2-3 or A-B-C. You must be creative in many ways. Just look at Freddy here, whoever groomed him must’ve been so proud of this outcome. A good-looking furry fella right here.

9. Optical illusion?

Definitely not! That’s simply a shaved husky, but obviously, the job wasn’t finished yet when they took a snap of it. A good dog still for behaving so well, or was it a warning to whoever was shaving it? It’s like telling the person, “Finish the job or else!”

10. Squirrel or a teddy bear?

If you picked either of those, you’re terribly wrong! This is just another dog who suffered at the hands of a pet groomer with poor taste and eyesight. The dog still looks cute, don’t you agree?
