For quite a long time now, human beings have found different ways to thrive over nature. They have built everything from concrete sidewalks and towering buildings that cover up the grass and trees. They have replaced natural sources of water with soil, wood, and concrete.

Humans have done what they can to dominate nature.

But nature is always gentle and patient. She knows that when it is her time to shine, she’ll rule again. Because in reality, no one wins over nature except for nature herself, and nature’s Creator.

Nature only needs to wait for humans to fall and it will take over once more.

1. Greens in the middle of rush

This could be an old rusty old lock that can only be opened by a key that no longer exists. But, still, it opened itself up to life and grew greens from within, succumbing to the beauty of nature.

2. A skirt of roots

Not only did the tree grow additional roots, but look at the roots and their beauty. It followed the shape of the tiles!

3. The secret tunnel of relaxation

You know what they say about nature and greenery making you feel more happy and relaxed… well, here nature created a tunnel around the train tracks and it looks like an entrance to a secret garden.

4. The little tree that could

This little tree decided to thrive against all odds in a man-made world. It knows that as long as there is nature, it will keep growing.

5. Abandoned shopping mall

This shopping mall in Bangkok may have been abandoned by humans, but it has new inhabitants who will never leave. You guessed it, nature’s animals, in this case, fish.

6. Nature can’t be trapped

This tree thrived against all odds by growing through a fence. If they thought that fence was going to keep nature away…they were wrong.

7. Tombstone in a tree

We’re not sure exactly how that tombstone got stuck there, but it looks as if nature swallowed it up.

8. Multiplication

One tree must have fallen in the woods, and then somehow, magically, more trees began to sprout out of their fallen friend! Isn’t it amazing?

9. Behind the wall

The leaf may have grown beneath the wallpaper, but eventually, it will break through and make an appearance.

10. Abandoned building

The building may have been abandoned by people, but pretty quickly, nature decided to pay a visit.

11. The tree of life

The tree of life at the Olympic National Park is such an inspiration to make the most of life. Even when you feel like you’re falling, just continue to grow and rise up.

A small daisy rises up through the concrete to remind everyone of nature’s inclination to persevere
