TV trays are an amazing item to have around the house.

Not only do they act as mini dining tables during our meals, but they also host a ton of other special features as well. Things you might have never thought of.

They tend to hold up very well over time but if you have an old one lying around, or simply have one or two to spare, don’t toss it out!

Below is a list of some pretty cool ideas of what to do with your tv tray other than using it to binge-watch some of your favorite tv shows. Have a look!

1) Side Table

2) Magnet Board

Just hand the top of a metal tray and use its underside to put magnets on it. You can hang whatever you want!

3) Planter

Put a drawer on top of the tray and just add plants! Simple but worth it.

All you gotta do is put a drawer on top of the tv tray and you’ve got yourself a new and decorative item for the house. You can even paint it!

5) Chalkboard Table

6) Ironing Board
