Dad shares 10-year-old daughter’s lavish Christmas list and people are laughing at the audacity

Kids’ Christmas lists are always part fantasy. How many of us have asked for a pony that we’ve yet to receive?

Well, one 10-year-old is living in a fantasy world all her own with her extra-posh holiday requests. Drew’s list rivals a celebrity’s in terms of status items and cost!

However, the best part is not the Gucci slides she requested, but rather the sheer variety of items that make up a pre-teen’s greatest desires. Like pink duct tape or “a real bunny.”

Posted on both Instagram and Twitter, the list has been shared thousands of times and seen by well over 100,000 people.

On Twitter, her dad shared the list along with the caption “My 10-year-old daughter must be out of her mind with this Christmas list.”

And on Instagram, he chided:

“My soon to be 10 year old daughter clearly has a false sense of funds that we have with this Christmas list. But kudos to her for her expensive taste ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ #MoneyBagDrew #IAintGotIt

So what did she ask for besides tape and Gucci slides (which we’re not even sure they make in her size)?

An iPhone 11
Airpods
A new MacBook air
A real bunny
A HydroFlask
Clothes
Make-up
Pink Pumas
Gucci slides
A Chanel purse
Perfume
Essential oil
An American Girl doll car
New shoes
Earrings/jewelry
Some checkered Vans
A Go Pro
Pink Duct tape
Blue food coloring and laundry detergent
Clothes for the bunny
4,000 dollars
An L.o.l doll camper
L.o.l dolls/Big sister
An L.o.l doll chalet
New sheets and cover
An alarm clock

Hey, at least some of those are attainable!

But perhaps the best part was that at just 10 years old, her spelling hasn’t caught up to her expensive tastes yet. After all, she’s still a kid, no matter how bad she wants that “Chanel purs.”

Take a look at the handwritten masterpiece:

While we think Drew’s bedroom decor and essential oils dreams might come true, it looks like she might have to wait for the designer goods.

โ€œYes, sure, she will get some or more of the more reasonable things,โ€ her father told TIME.

Of course, this touched off a string of hilarious comments as readers marveled over the epic requests.

Meanwhile, dad has reassured everyone that while his little girl might have big dreams, she’s not likely to see that cash under the Christmas tree any time soon.

Then again, as some commenters pointed out, she only said “dollars” not U.S. dollars. So it could happen.

Needless to say, she’ll be needing some of those “asenchal oils” to calm her down if Santa doesn’t produce.

As you might imagine, the list went viral after it started trending on Twitter and multiple news outlets shared the list. After that, plenty of other parents started sharing their kids’ equally bonkers lists or even memories of their own from before they knew the value of a dollar, Jamaican or American.

Luckily, Drew has no idea just how far and wide her list has spread, though her dad has sent her a few updates. And it looks like he won’t even have to shell out for the more mundane things on the list since some companies have offered to make her more modest dreams come true.

โ€œDicks and Hydro Flask have offered to send her an item off of the list,โ€ her dad said.

We hope that’s enough to make her Christmas merry and bright.
