Coronavirus is not a laughing matter. It’s affected millions of people across the world, and the sooner we can end it, the better.

Following the advice of the CDC is the best way to stay safe and healthy right now. It’s recommended that everyone wears a face mask – though with shortages in stock almost everywhere you look, this is easier said than done…

Which is why some ingenious people have taken to making their own face masks – after all, something is better than nothing. In a time of uncertainty and difficulty, these 12 designs certainly help to spread the cheer.

This mask reminds us of those aprons that give the impression that you’re only wearing a swimsuit. And the fact that the “mouth” opens into a big grin when yours does… just fantastic. We approve.

This woman’s husband designed and printed her very own fancy filtration mask. The detail on this is incredible. We think we love her husband a bit, too.

Could this mask be for an Indian wedding? We’re not too sure, but it’s beautiful either way. We’d imagine it could prove difficult to navigate life with an entire chandelier suspended on your head, though.

What is this breathtaking sight?! How on earth somebody managed to make a mask look so darn beautiful, we’ll never know. We’d imagine getting married is near-impossible right now, but we applaud the creator of this mask for their effort.
