10+ hysterical signs at businesses that didn't mean to be this funny

Signs and advertisements are an important part of running any successful business. The attention-grabbing signs are a fantastic avenue of communicating with the public. They can inform us of flash sales, closures, or new inventory. Being that these signs are responsible for bringing in new and return business, itâs critically important to get them right.
Although having the right signs should be a must, there are some businesses that have failed epically at it and itâs hilarious. Here are 12 hilarious signs that really shouldnât be this funny.
1. The signs that tell us what we want to hear

You or someone you know have an erection problem? No worries! Thereâs finally a business that can handle all of your erection needs.
2. Common sense isnât all that common

Unfortunately, âcommonâ sense has become somewhat of a rare commodity. Itâs all-important when posting signs that they be as clear as possible. Otherwise, you end up with people like this one.
3. YeahâŠblame that guy

When you put up surveillance signs, customers can start to feel a bit harassed. After all, not everyone comes in with sticky fingers. This sign clearly puts the blame on a mysterious pooper, though, and that takes the sting of the warning right out of it. Just donât be that guy.
4. Unfortunately, it looks like this toilet is meant for no one.

Or, at least we hope that thereâs no one on the planet that fits that bill. We somehow think itâs impossible to be both elderly and a child. To be all four would really be something, though.
5. Discrimination or mistranslation?

We arenât too sure how to take this sign. Is it indicating that 3 Americans are equal in weight and mass to 10 people from any other nation? Maybe itâs just a terrible translation? Either wayâŠhilariously epic fail.
6. Signs that shame

Jeez, Abby! Get your sh** together already, would you?! We can only imagine how hard the disgruntled employee who had to take her shift was laughing when they decided to call her out. Weâre thinking it was probably worth it in the end, though. Hopefully, Abby read it.
7. An understandable spelling error?

Well, that seems a bit harsh. When prosecution fails, though, the obvious next step is prostitution. Itâll help them earn the money to pay the business back faster.
8. Is McDonaldâs offering a new, illicit line of service?

This is a prime example of why learning how to spell is important. Weâre betting they got a LOT of unexpected, and unfillable orders while this sign was up.
9. Apparently, this needed to be said

This doesnât seem like something that people should have to be told. On the other hand, how great would it have been to witness the aftermath of the first person who did?
10. Poor fella

Doesnât Dick know that if heâs going to do something, he should do it all the way? Just sayinâ⊠heâs probably lost a lot of perfectly good female business with this sign. Think it through Dick⊠think it through.
11. Why order is important

Well! The way this set of signs would have us read it, Target is up to some pretty nefarious stuff these days. Who knew something so mundane as staples would be used for such an awful thing!? Shame on you Target. Thatâs not very nice.

12. We wonât be buying our liquor hereâŠ

Who on earth would ever want to buy their alcohol from a liquor store with STD on the sign? Then again⊠this could be a great way to remind people that drinking can have its consequences. Still, probably not the best way to name your business in this day and age.
