It is safe to say that trees are pretty amazing. They create many things for humans — one of the most important things being oxygen — so it is our duty to care for them and support them no matter what.

Unfortunate factors do come in the way, like natural disasters and bad weather. Sometimes these things manage to take down trees, however, for the most part, they remain standing strong even against the harshest conditions.

Here are some trees that simply refuse to be taken down!

1. False alarm

This palm tree did indeed fall down, but then it looped up and began to grow upwards again. False alarm guys, it went down for a second but it’s totally fine!

2. Tree babies

This tree got knocked down, but it had a happy ending… It then grew four tree babies out of itself?! Talk about crazy (but amazing).

3. Sprouting chair

Trees can grow in mysterious places… Like on this wooden chair this couple bought. It’s sprouting! Good way to know it’s genuine wood.

4. Concrete ain’t a problem

There’s a big, hard concrete sidewalk… So what? That won’t stop this ambitious tree from growing right through. Strong roots!

5. Building tree

Concrete is no problem for trees, and neither are building. If all the trees in the world were to be cut down and replaced by apartments, we bet they would still grow through like this one here!

6. Skates? No problem. They can adapt.

“My grandpa hung his skates on a small tree when he was younger,” this Reddit user wrote. “He forgot he had left them there and found them years later.”

7. Don’t even try

Don’t even try to kill this tree. It cannot be killed. Chop it down and it will just start growing back out on the side!

8. Piano tree

Leave a piano in a forest and that still won’t stop a tree from growing right through the center of it.

9. Won’t accept winter

One tree on this street clearly won’t accept the fact that it is winter. Snow? Who cares. Autumn leaves all year round!

10. Nice try

We’ve said this once and we will say it again… Try to cut a tree down and it is just going to grow back again. You cannot win!

11. Fence tree

There was a fence right where this tree wanted to grow, so the tree continued to grow anyway and intertwine itself with the chained links. Pretty insane.

12. No foundation? No problem

This little guy literally had no foundation… No good base to plant its roots… But it seemed not to care, as it began to grow right off of this cliff anyway!
