We’re not sure if it would be a blessing or a curse to look like a celebrity – it probably depends on which one. For example, the guy who looks like Vincent van Gogh (yeah, he counts) probably doesn’t get the attention as Faux-prah Winfrey.

From a combination of Reddit’s WalmartCelebrities subreddit and the Same de la Same Instagram account, we bring you the most uncanny resemblances we would find where people weren’t (necessarily) trying too hard to dress up or pose like their celebrity doppelganger.

1. Young Brad Pitt

We’re sure even Brad Pitt wouldn’t mind looking like a younger version of himself sometimes.

People even stop this man on the street (despite the obvious age difference) to ask to take photos with him! We’d love to see their friends’ reactions when they see those.

2. Robert (Why So) Downy, Jr.

Why so glum, chum? Thanos got you down after all those Avengers movies?

He really didn’t get off easy in those, so we can understand why even his doppelganger would be sad on the bus.

3. Hannah(bal) Lecter

She does bear a striking resemblance to Anthony Hopkins in a headscarf. Then again, we’re not sure precisely what he looks like in a headscarf.

We just hope that if she ever saw this online she had a good sense of humor about it.

4. Fake Lively

We definitely thought this was Blake Lively at first but already had an uneasy feeling that something was off a second later.

This woman didn’t realize the resemblance until someone told her she looked like Lively’s character from Gossip Girl. But since then, even Lively herself has recognized their similarities.

5. Edwina Sheerin

What a cutie! Do you think people are rude enough to ask this mom if Ed Sheerin is her baby’s father?

8. A wee Vin Diesel

Baby doppelgangers have to be some of the funniest.

This baby makes us giggle every time we see his photo. He’s a real cutie – just like Vin Diesel!

9. Canadian craze

If you’ve even been a tourist in Montreal you’re bound to be asked (or told) about Celine Dion. Man, those folks really love their hometown celeb.

This woman looks so much like her that fans give her free things but have also tried to pull her hair to see if it’s a wig. (We’re sure that part didn’t happen in Canada.)

10. Adam Sham-dler

Max Kessler posted his photo on Reddit and when Adam Sandler eventually saw it, he had the good humor to invite this guy to a movie premiere.

We’re just not sure which Olsen twin she looks more like.

Ok, it’s partly the glasses, but we suppose it would be great to be mistaken for a kind celeb rather than a rude one.

We just hope she likes hugs because that’s apparently how people react when they see her.

14. Vincent van Faux

Ok, he’s dead, but we’d still stop in our tracks to get a look at this guy who looks just like the artist in his famous self-portrait (sans ear).

He even visits the museum where the painting hangs – so we’re not surprised people ask him to stand next to it for pictures.

Now that is an uncanny resemblance!

Sure, the lips are pouted and the eye makeup helps, but we’re pretty sure she looks so similar to Jolie even without the extras.
