15 hilarious cat jokes found at vet’s offices

Most pets don’t enjoy the vet’s office, cats in particular since they aren’t typically travelers to begin with.

But these pet professionals have various ways of lightening the mood for themselves and pet owners who get the pleasure of wrangling furry creatures while in these scary, new places.

Check out these 15 signs that show that some vets have a great sense of humor about their kitty clients.

1. Ghosted

It could be the lack of opposable thumbs, but let’s face it – your cat would just straight up ignore your text just like they ignore everything you say out loud.

It’s just part of their charm.

2. Destruction

Well ain’t this the truth.

If you’ve ever made a cat angry, you know nothing is safe from being punted to the floor – usually while they’re looking right at you.

3. Bathtime

Cats keep themselves clean, but some vets recommend bathing them every few weeks.

And every cat owner who has ever read that advice has no doubt laughed out loud at the thought of it.

4. Barf

We have to disagree here. First, we don’t want a carpet the color of cat barf.

Second, we need to be able to see that before we step in it.

5. Punny

There are just too many cat puns not to take advantage of them once in a while.

But like all other puns, they get old if you use them too often.

6. Game of Moans

Even if you didn’t watch the show you know the Lannister family tagline.

This one has a Bob Barker twist.

7. What about a purr-che?

We suppose a Cat-illac isn’t a sports car.

What about a Meow-ta though?

8. Tail as old as time

Or perhaps it’s because they’re not litter-ite.

9. Back to the mew-ture

Cats would make terrible Vulcans.

They’re not big fans of logic.

10. Cats to the rescue

This is just one more feather in the cap of cats that feel dogs are in-fur-ior to their greatness.

11. Just say maybe

It’s important not to go overboard on the catnip, but most of us are a little lenient when it comes to letting our cats get high.

12. If you’re lucky

We’ve never heard a cat purr at the vet, so this is probably wishful thinking.

We have had them make some otherworldly noises though!

13. Acting the part

Cats and dogs have vastly different demeanors, generally.

But that doesn’t mean they can’t occasionally try another role on for size.

14. Cat naps

If there’s anything we envy about cats it’s their ability to sleep for more than half the day with no trouble at all.

Imagine the luxury!

15. Wake up call

Your cat is purr-fectly happy to wake you up in the morning – you just can’t set them for the right time.
