20 photos of the most adorable dog cross-breeds
Cross-breed dogs (sometimes called “designer dogs”) are intentionally bred dogs coming from two or more distinctly recognized dog breeds. It is also known to have started in the 14th century or even earlier.
According to Pet Assure:
“A hybrid dog is not a BREED, it is a hybrid, which means it is a mix of more than one purebred dog. The best way to determine the traits of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed.”
