Marriage is a journey. It takes time, effort, and a lot of patience to live with any other human for an extended time, let alone someone who knows everything about you. The benefits FAR outweigh any trouble the venture might be, but it still takes practice to get things right and lea each other’s preferences! Here are 20 hilarious examples of people who are still “forgetting” their old habits.

1. Like a milk carton

Leaving a single drop of milk in a carton is a cardinal sin. To modernize it, this guy used Pepsi Zero. This one probably landed him in some trouble!

2. If you say so…

Always proofread text messages unless you want to risk the wildest things happening. This couple almost had a way wilder night than they were expecting because of a simple spelling error!

3. I understand

One woman can’t seem to remember to screw the lid back on the containers that she just used. This is painful for me to watch. It literally hurts my heart.

4. A wrong way and a right way

There are wrong ways to open things. Most packages designed a way to open and close their packaging without running into issues down the road. Of course, you could always ignore that and cause people to hate you in the process like this person.

5. Red Flag

Look, it’s 2021 y’all. If it’s your man’s turn to make dinner and he comes back with this, drop him. He still thinks he’s in college with the boys and isn’t ready for a long-term relationship.

6. A big let down

This poor man. All he’s been thinking about all day is coming home to cash in on the sultry wordplay he’s been throwing out. In the words of a former president, “this is the worst trade deal in the history of trade deals, maybe ever”

7. Just… why?

The way this man lights candles annoys his wife, and it makes sense. He literally lights ONE wick on a three-wick candle. That’s basically a crime.

8. Unnecessary risk

Does it work? Yes. Is it smart? Nope. This is just one of those things that make you ask, “why even risk it?”

9. A different kind of hole

This wife tried to patch her husband’s pants and ended up making a “different” kind of hole. She said:

“I’m not very good with the Bernina, and now my husband’s patched pants look like a different kind of hole,”

10. Right down the middle

This husband was having sleeping issues and decided to get a memory foam mattress. Now his wife sleeps under him, literally. It created a weird power dynamic in the relationship, I’m sure.

11. Stir my cocktail

This was the result when the wife asked the husband to stir her cocktail. At least he didn’t take it as innuendo and get disappointed. It is pretty gross, though.

12. Wrong

This is objectively incorrect. I don’t know if that’s even cream cheese. If it isn’t, that’s two strikes in one picture.

13. Out of reach

This husband likes to play jokes on his wife in the morning. She must be quite a bit shorter than him because this is a regularly reoccurring one.

14. A personal attack

This husband is frustrated with his wife’s way of loading the dishwasher. This brings up feelings of trauma for me personally.

15. Tie the knot

This husband ties the bread bags into tight knots that are impossible to get out. He basically uses the bag once then forces his wife to ruin the bag when she can’t get it untied!
