This is another easy and low effort recipe.
There are only a few ingredients in this one as well! Between the cheesecake recipe and this one, there is less than 10 total! For these “Beans and Bangers (sausages)”, you will need baked beans, sausages, some cheese, puff pastry, and an egg.
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cut two equal squares of puff pastry and brush the edges of them with an egg wash
- Put the beans and sausage in a bowl and break the sausage apart with a fork
- Place a spoonful in the middle of a pastry square and add a sprinkle of cheese
- Place your second pastry square on top of the first one
- Using a fork, press the edges together and seal the little package
- Brush egg wash across the top and repeat with as many squares as you want
- Place your squares on a pastry sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes
- Remove when hot and golden brown
- Enjoy!
You can make both of these in 30 or so minutes (apart from the chilling of the cheesecake)!
If you are having some people over you now have your appetizer and dessert planned! A little snack goes a long way!
