When there’s a gap at top of your face mask, it allows your breath to escape, and because hot air rises it gets trapped in your glasses fogging them up. In order to stop your breath from rising, you can secure the top with some kind of tape. The best tape to use is athletic or medical tape. Avoid using duct tape or masking tape to prevent possible skin irritation.
