Amira Yvonne Glenn is Taveon Glenn and Sierra Still’s first child. So it’s only natural that the new parents would want to document her first sweet moments in the world.

Amira was born with a full head of hair, so after her first bath she needed a hair wash as well. And anyone who has ever had their hair washed by another person knows just how blissed out you can get in those moments.

As the proud dad trained his camera on his daughter and the nurse tending to her, he managed to capture some very sweet moments before posting them to Facebook in 2016.

The sweet scene quickly went viral (and probably prompted more than one spontaneous salon appointment!).

“Does that feel good,” the nurse asks Amira as she works the shampoo into her little head. The newborn immediately opens her mouth and looks like she’s smiling as the nurse coos, “Oh, hi.”

Who doesn’t love a good head massage? (And, of course, it’s an extra-gentle one for a newborn!)

When the time comes to rinse the shampoo from Amira’s head, the nurse takes a bowl and fills it from the tap before pouring it carefully over her soapy hair.

“Oh, you are loving it,” she exclaims as the baby’s face betrays her comfort.

Future trips to the salon are never going to be able to measure up to this moment for the little girl!

Next, it’s time to comb out all of that hair and the nurse grabs a brush. It turns out Amira loves that too!

We hear her dad chuckle quietly as the baby gets a tiny mohawk in the process.

“Watching Amira getting her hair washed for the first time was one of the most priceless, breathtaking moments that I have ever witnessed, and I wanted to capture that moment so my family and friends could also see,” Glenn told TODAY. “It warmed my heart knowing that I created such a beautiful baby girl.”

While the video is no longer on his Facebook page, it was watched more than 30 million times in the week after it was posted! Now it’s racking up millions more views on YouTube.

“I think that the video got such much attention because everyone is used to seeing so much negativity on the news and social media,” Glenn said. “A precious, relaxed newborn is the exact thing that people needed to see. This video has brought smiles to so many faces and has also caused a whole lot of ‘baby fever.'”

Well, that’s certainly the truth! The video is more than three years old and it’s still making the rounds on the Internet because it’s just so darn wholesome.

And with salons closed or at limited capacity due to quarantine these days, we have to live vicariously through Amira – even if it serves to remind us what we’re all missing out on.

From the looks of it, Amira got a nice nap in after her first spa experience as well.
