Animals can bring so much joy into our lives, but it’s a sad fact that while many people love and care for animals in the right ways, countless others harm, neglect, abuse, and abandon them. Each and every day, there are many cases of dogs, cats, and all kinds of other animals being left on the streets or treated badly.

Animal rescue workers do what they can to help, but the animal abusers often don’t feel under much of a threat when shelter workers knock on their door.

Well, the workers of Rescue Ink are a little different!

Rescue Ink is a non-profit organization with a difference. The people who work for this animal rescue service as some of the toughest dudes around! They’re bikers, veterans, weightlifters, bodybuilders, and former cops too.

Many of them are covered in tattoos, with big biceps and intimidating appearances that would make almost anyone a little nervous.

But even though they look big and mean, they only have one thing in mind: protecting cute, furry little creatures of all shapes and sizes.

But Rescue Ink isn’t just dedicated to protecting kittens and puppies.

Whenever they hear of an animal in danger, be it a guinea pig, a chicken, or even a snake, they feel compelled to help out, however they can.

They’re almost like a secret animal police force, taking on tough cases involving animal abuse and unruly pet owners, and they’re not afraid to push the limits of the law when it comes to helping out furry friends in need.

Rescue Ink does whatever necessary within the means of the law — that’s what our lawyers tell us to say — to fight abuse and neglect of all kinds… Some people like to think of us as superheroes. The truth is, we are super animal lovers (and protectors). Through the years, and through many caseloads, obstacles, and downright challenges, we remain strong and dedicated to our mission.

When they hear about an animal in danger, they don’t just sit back and post about it online to try and get some support or raise awareness.

They head out into the streets, tracking down the abusers and trying to get any endangered animals out of bad situations and into better homes.

Over the years, these muscular animal lovers have helped to break up illegal dog fighting rings, put an end to stray cat killings, and changed the lives of so many abused, abandoned, and neglected pets.

When the going gets tough, even the most hardcore animal lovers might have to give up, but these guys aren’t afraid of getting dirty!

They do whatever it takes to get the job done, and they also believe that more needs to be done to stop animal abusers and report them to police, as countless true crime stories show that people who abuse animals are only one step away from doing the same thing to humans.

It’s inspiring to see these guys in action, and they serve as the perfect example of that old saying, “Never judge a book by its cover”. To look at these dudes, you might make some assumptions about what kind of people they are and think that they must be pretty scary, but as their amazing work shows, they have big hearts to match those big muscles.
