Little Dina has undoubtedly heard her owner sing before. That’s because she belongs to Canadian-Honduran songstress Daniela Andrade.

But we’re not sure how often Dina gets her own special serenade.

The 27-year-old singer has released 6 albums over the course of her career and got her start singing covers on YouTube to build her audience. And YouTube is precisely where you can find this sweet video of Andrade and Dina from 2014.

The song – a beautiful and soulful cover of “Christmas Time Is Here” – was originally recorded by the Vince Guaraldi Trio and made famous by the classic holiday film A Charlie Brown Christmas. Andrade’s version can be found on her holiday album called The Christmas EP.

Even if you’re thoroughly over Christmas music at this point, the sweet video is sure to warm your heart, thanks to Dina.

And since it was posted a few years back, it’s been viewed an impressive 6.7 MILLION times.

The video is a single shot and therefore pretty simple, but viewers said there’s just something about it that keeps them coming back. And we’re pretty sure we know what it is.

Dina is not only by Andrade’s side the whole time but is being sung to directly by her loving owner – and the pup seems to be enjoying it to no end.

Andrade’s beautiful vocals certainly help too!

Of course, any video with a dog and a guitar might automatically make you assume there’s a duet here, but we promise there’s no howling (not that we wouldn’t enjoy that). Luckily, the singer needs no help with this tune. It’s a magical cover of a song we don’t typically think of as all that lovely.

Andrade’s cover makes it playlist worthy for sure – and we can already picture wrapping gifts and sipping hot chocolate to it next year.

Other fans, however, are all about the dog.

“Aweee the doggie seriously listening to its human makes me soo happy.”

Dina’s attentive and mellow reaction makes it clear these two are besties.

Of course, not everyone could picture their own pups having the same reaction.

“I swear when I do this to my dogs it will be a whole mess there’s dog 1 tryna eat the camera, dog 2 wanna play the guitar too, dog 3 gonna be like AwOoOoOOOOOOOO WOWOWOWO.”

The unconditional love apparent between the duo as they look in each other’s eyes is a good example of just how much we love our dogs (even if they don’t normally sit quietly while we serenade them).

Plenty of commenters said they’d be happy to have a partner who looked at them half as lovingly!

Most commenters simply thanked Andrade (and Dina!) for the “soft” and loving video that gave them the opportunity to smile during a time of year that isn’t always as magical as advertised.

“The relationship you have between you and your buddy is just utterly beautiful. This video brought a huge smile on my face, thank you for that.”

Christmas rarely turns out as perfect as this video, but now that we’re a few weeks removed from it all, we can just take a deep breath and enjoy the moment.
