Andrea Bocelli and daughter’s duet melts hearts
Ever since the likes of Facebook and Instagram first came into fruition years ago, social media has become a part of everyone’s lives, including famous people. With the help of these platforms, the general public can easily get a glimpse of these celebrities’ lives behind closed doors.
Fortunately, one of the world’s most beloved tenor Andrea Bocelli has his own Instagram account where fans are treated with his personal gallery of his family and his exceptional singing talent.
For some of you who don’t know, Bocelli is a world-renowned Italian opera singer, songwriter, and music producer. Despite losing his vision at the tender age of 12, this did not hinder him to continue on and pursue his dreams.
Bocelli started his career performing at piano bars and competing in local shows until he signed his first recording contract with Sugar Music. However, it was in 1994 when he rose to stardom by winning the preliminary round of the 44th Sanremo Music Festival performing “Miserere” with the highest marks ever recorded in history.
Since then. Bocelli consistently made groundbreaking music and occasionally sang with equally talented singers, such as Celine Dion. As a matter of fact, she even famously stated that “If God would have a singing voice, he must sound a lot like Andrea Bocelli”.
Indeed, Bocelli is blessed with a heavenly voice and he is also blessed with a beautiful and loving family. He has two sons, Amos and Matteo from his previous marriage. In 2012, he and his wife Veronica Berti welcomed their first child together, Virginia.
His Instagram account is flooded with pictures of his family, and luckily for us, we get front row seats to Virginia’s singing debut (with her Father’s guidance of course).
The video features the father and daughter duo as Bocelli guides Virginia in singing “Fall On Me.” The song was originally sung by Bocelli and his son, Matteo which was featured on his 2018 album, “Si.”
In the video, it is fascinating to see how both Bocelli and his wife are consistently coaching their daughter, as they allow her to be more comfortable in polishing her God-given talent in singing and even in dancing.
It is also very pleasing to see how dedicated Veronica is in teaching her daughter as coincidentally, she is the manager of Bocelli. We’re pretty sure that should Virginia decide to establish a music career in the future, her mother will be more than happy to be her manager.
The viral video has achieved stardom as the number of views skyrockets to more than a million with more than 24,000 likes since its upload last December 2019.
