Most dogs will do about anything to get a treat, but what about a baby? It seems that they like treats just as much as their furred friends. In a video, a baby is caught shilling for a treat from his parent, and his adorable attempt has gained over 1.8 million views so far.

This just proves that people enjoy watching a dog perform tricks, especially when they are right alongside a cute baby.

Dogs love treats

Dog treats come in many shapes and sizes. Mostly they are a crunchy little snack that dogs love to get, especially as a reward for doing a trick. The dog in the video has learned to spin in a circle, but unknown to his owner, the baby had also been watching the display of skill and learning in the process.

The baby is enamored with the dog’s behavior

The video starts with the dog and the baby together, while the dog’s owner stands close by. Soon, the dog stands up on his hind legs and begins to twirl, while his owner holds a dog treat overhead as a reward. The baby stands by and watches the dog do its thing.

The bay decides to get in on the fun

For his part, the baby finds the whole display hilarious and gives a big giggle as the dog spins in front of him. The baby has his own ideas and wants to get in on the fun too, and maybe get a treat of his own in the process.

Spinning together

With that in mind, the baby begins to spin around in circles right beside his dog buddy. The two make quite the pair as they continue to spin. When will they stop? No one knows.

The two seem to have an endless supply of energy

The biggest question is where do they get all of that energy. The two seem to be constant bundles of energy. If only we all could have this much energy.

Building toward a crescendo

On and on they go, seeming to speed up the longer they spin. Meanwhile, the dog’s owner stands overhead, holding the elusive treat. This is probably why the two are trying so hard, they want that treat.

Head spinning

At one point the baby seems to get dizzy, which is only natural with all of that spinning. Staggering to the side, it is unclear if the baby is going to be able to continue his spinning.

Risk vs. Reward

But it seems the baby is done as he hunches over. The dog meanwhile continues to spin as he is determined to get his reward. The poor baby more than likely wasted his efforts as chances are he won’t be getting any doggy treats.
