When we were young, all we wanted to do was play all day. And this is true not only for humans but for animals as well.

And I am not only referring to dogs or cats or other domesticated animals – but even wild animal youngs who don’t have anything in mind but to play and run around.

One of these animals is the rhinoceros, which is also filled with the instinct to have fun, especially when these animals are still calves.

One proof is this young rhino who can’t seem to have enough of playing with his beloved zookeeper.

He may be a rhino but he also knows how to have fun and sprint freely in the sanctuary.

Thomas, the zookeeper, is used to meeting young rhinos and making sure they are well cared for.

One day, he met Savannah, a baby rhino, and they instantly hit it off.

This young rhino is full of energy and Thomas found it quite entertaining as well as adorable.

In fact, 15 million viewers would agree with him that Savannah is such a lovable rhino!

In a video uploaded on YouTube, Savanna can be seen as she excitedly runs around to look for her favorite zookeeper, Thomas.

Her clip went viral and everyone can’t stop talking about how cute she is!

When the video starts, the viewers see how she excitedly trots while on her way to meet Thomas.

As a young calf, her heart is set on making new friends and the kind zookeeper is the apple of her eye.

She found him to be very friendly to her, and this made her all the more excited about spending time with each other.

Savannah is one playful and energetic rhino and everyone can’t get enough of her sincere and adorable charm.

The young rhino is even skipping and hopping as she interacts with the humans in the sanctuary.

She slides with joy whenever she sees her human friends and she is very responsive in all their activities.

While waiting for her friend, she could not keep herself still and frolics happily in her space. What an adorable animal, indeed!

Savanna’s mom can be seen behind her and she is quietly watching over her young child.

Behind every kid is a mother who watches with a keen eye.

Savannah also has this kind of mom, who was just standing a few feet from her as she skips and hops around her favorite zookeeper.

The young rhino approaches her zookeeper and brings her head closer to his hand.

They are definitely having a unique kind of friendship and it is such a beautiful sight to behold.

Animals such as rhinos are now considered to be near extinction.

If not for the concern of organizations such as The Rhino Orphanage, which makes sure these animals are rescued and given a safe place to live, the remaining number of rhinos in the world would diminish.

As humans, we have the responsibility to look after them and give them a chance to live a good life, as they should, in a safe habitat where they can thrive.

Savannah has opened millions of eyes around the world with her simple and charming video.

We hope that by seeing that rhinos are also capable of love and fun and friendship, more people will raise awareness about how rhinos deserve to be given a chance at life.
