One area that is important when it comes to your child’s safety is making sure that everything around them is childproofed. If this is not done properly, a curious child can quickly get themselves in a bad situation. This can leave many parents a nervous wreck as they worry about what their kids will get into next.

The list of what you need to childproof is endless, but one area that requires special attention is your electrical outlets. You could purchase outlet covers, but this can get expensive, especially since you have to get one for each outlet. Fortunately, a hack exists that makes protecting your child a little easier and cheaper.

And while some expressed concern that the hack might not be childproof enough, you can always use it in conjunction with actual outlet covers to provide even more protection.
