A home is a place of refuge, no matter what size.

This is something that one woman realized, which led her to build a small home for herself.

A beautiful abode is not one that is big, but one that makes your heart happy, and she found this in her own tiny home which was a conversion of what used to be a backyard shed.

It was a project that made her find comfort in the simple and, well, tiny things.

Plus, it also helps a lot in generating more funds for her as a result of minimalistic living.

Precious Price is a corporate woman in search of more ways to earn money.

The Atlanta woman lives in a residence with three bedrooms, and everything seemed fine up until the pandemic hit.

The lockdown made a blow to her finances and work and business were not good back then.

She had to halt her trips for work, and her Airbnb rental business was not doing good.

It was unfortunate because she relied on this business to pay for her mortgage.

An unusual idea to save funds came to the woman’s mind.

Precious was looking for a new place to stay in to save more money, but it was not an easy search at all.

And then, she had an unusual idea.

If she cannot find one, why not create her own place to live in?

Precious thought of a lot of ways to save more and earn more, and one of her main expenses is her home costs.

She finally found a good way to lessen the burden and that was by converting her backyard shed into a tiny home.

The Cove Escape was born.

The shed in her property’s backyard area measures 12 by 24 feet and it is the perfect size for a cozy, minimalistic home.

She planned to convert it so she could live there while she rented out her house.

When the restrictions due to the pandemic were slowly being lifted, the tiny home became one of her home rentals and it is not surprising that this tiny home is such a hit.

It might be small in size, but the home she built is filled with comfort.

The living area is the first thing you will see when you enter the home.

It has a cozy couch that doubles into a bed.

It also comes with a movable small table that is perfect to hold your food as you binge-watch on the television.

The kitchen is just across the living room and it is not as simple as one would expect.

There is a refrigerator, a sink, and a wide counter that you can fill with small kitchen appliances and utensils.

It even has a microwave oven, juicer, coffee maker, and a stove-top induction cooker.

The bathroom is also a convenient space complete with a separate shower area.

The bathroom is designed to even fit taller people because the shower is built to accommodate up to seven feet of height.

It is amazing how she managed to put everything in the small space without making it too crowded.

In fact, it is quite cozy and comfortable, and simple enough to live in.

Even the bed, which is located in the loft area, provides a nice and comfortable place to sleep.

The queen-size bed is spacious and super nice to be on.
