But then, we also know that the world has more to offer.

Yes, indeed. There are still more wonders of this world that we haven’t seen. Unless you’re a wildlife adventurer, it is kinda rare for most of us to see other species and animals that are existing on our planet.

Thanks to social media for making it easier for us to discover some of them.

An adorable round bird called bearded reedling has been bringing delight online.

Obviously, birds have different characteristics but they are known for having wings, feathers, and that they are hatching eggs.

There are about 10,000 bird species in the world but one thing is certain – they are all fascinating.

Just like this cute one which has a round and plump body – and they are evidently adorable.

These birds are about 6.5 inches long. Yeah, they are pretty little. Aside from their size, what makes them unique is their looks.

They are called the “Bearded Reedlingโ€ yet they have mustache-like black stripes on their cheeks.

Not all of them though. Since they are sexually dimorphic, females are subtler in color and donโ€™t have that cool mustache markings like what the males have – but they have darker beaks than their male counterparts.

Where can they be found?

Their cuteness might trigger your curiosity of them especially the location where they can usually be seen. These rare migrant birds are found in Europe and Asia all year round.

According to Discover Wildlife, they are only the British songbird to remain in reedbeds throughout the year.

“Bearded tits are the only British songbird to stay in reedbeds all year round. Originally they were limited by the availability of reedbeds in Britain, but thanks to newly created or expanded reedbeds, they are now more widespread and can be found in parts of eastern and southern England, Morecambe Bay in northwest England and around the Tay estuary in Scotland.”

If that is the case, it’s pretty interesting if how they can survive in reedbeds – considering that they experience four seasons in a year.

Well, the answer is – they change their food from insects (during spring and summer) to seeds (when it’s autumn and winter). These birds are also clever! Right?

Aside from their loveable physical attributes, there is something more amazing about them!

They can do the splits – I mean, literally.
