The 20 people who planned this routine didn’t tell any of the other guests what was going to happen. Naturally, everyone present was blown away.

Daniel and Skylar had had a beautiful wedding ceremony.

Then everyone moved on to the reception. People were chatting and laughing when something unexpected happened.

Two of the bridesmaids took to the dancefloor to give a speech.

One bridesmaid that she was too emotional and needed to hand the mic over to her grandmother. But this was all part of the plan.

Both bridesmaids handed the mics over. Then they returned to the dancefloor.

As they walked back, music started playing. The bridesmaids started dancing.

The song, The Way You Make Me Feel by Michael Jackson kicked in and the bridesmaids stood close to one another.

They started moving together in sync. Clearly, they had been planning the routine for a while.

The guests were amazed and already clapping. But much more was to come.

Eight other bridesmaids walked up to the dancefloor. They stood behind the other two and joined in with the dance.

The bridesmaids turned around. As they turned, the song switched to Latch by Disclosure.

The girls’ dance style changed to match the song.

Half the bridesmaids span into the other halves’ arms and back out again.

When this move was completed, the song switched once more to Honey, I’m Good by Andy Grammar.

The girls’ moves became much more lively.

Then one bridesmaid moved to the front and showed off her moves as the others leaned down.

Next, they all danced into a single straight line just in time for the next surprise.

10 groomsmen ran onto the stage to join in with the routine.

The men formed their own line opposite the girls.

Once more the song changed, this time to Stop by The Spice Girls.

One man and one woman danced down the space between the two lines of people. Then so did the rest, one couple at a time, with them all rejoining the line at the end.

Then one bridesmaid ran up and threw confetti at the bride and groom.

Another bridesmaid pulled the bride and groom up to the dancefloor. They joined in with the dancing (they knew these moves, as the bride’s family had been performing them for years.)

The song ended, and cheers erupted from the crowd.

The bride and the groom kissed. They still couldn’t quite believe what they had seen. Neither had had any idea that it was going to happen.

Luckily, the entire performance was captured on camera.

It then appeared on YouTube, where it went viral. To date, the video has gained almost 12 million views. It also has more than 37,000 likes and 900 comments. People have been saying things like this:

The description in the video also explained that some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen lived far apart from one another. That means that they had to coordinate the routine remotely. What an incredible feat!

Skylar and Daniel sure are lucky to have friends and family like the bridesmaids and groomsmen in this video!
