Adorable little boy is the cutest dancing and singing partner for his big sister

Thanks to lockdowns, quarantines, and social distancing, it’ll probably be quite a while before we’re able to enjoy live music shows and concerts again, but that doesn’t mean we can’t find ways to watch people sing and dance from the comfort and safety of our own homes!

In order to spread a little joy during these difficult times, folks of all ages have been uploading videos and setting up live streams of themselves singing and dancing.

And one wonderful little girl from Texas is leading the way!

Her name is Cirsten, and her mom, Kelsey Lane Winslow, has been regularly uploading clips of little Cirsten singing and dancing in the family home during lockdown, letting friends and family on Facebook enjoy the performances too.

Well, one of those videos has ended up going viral, and it’s all thanks to Cirsten’s adorable little brother, who decided to partner his sister for this very special performance.

The super cute kid was spotted standing by his sister’s side, tapping his hips and dancing along to the music.

Over on Facebook, Kelsey explained how the whole thing got started.

It was actually her own mother, Cirsten’s grandma, who said it would be a nice idea for the young girl to sing a song each day during lockdown.

My mom had asked on Facebook whether or not CJ should sing 1 song a day. The response was amazing so here y’all go

The first song was a big hit, so Cirsten carried on singing every day that followed, and on Day 5, she decided to perform a beautiful rendition of ‘I’ll Fly Away’

Originally a hymn written way back in 1929 by Albert E. Brumley, I’ll Fly Away has become one of the most recorded and covered gospel songs of all time.

Everyone from Christian rockers like Jars of Clay to country music legends like Johnny Cash to rap sensations such as Kanye West have all covered the song over the years. And this time, it was Cirsten’s turn!

Dressed in a super cute cowgirl outfit with a checkered shirt and jeans, Cirsten is accompanied by her adorable blond brother, who is also wearing a similar get-up.

The song starts off, with Cirsten’s beautiful voice leading the way and her little bro doing his best to provide some background vocals.

He can also be spotted tapping his hip and swaying from side to side, looking up at his sister for inspiration throughout the song.

As the song goes on, the little guy starts to lose focus a little, looking off to the side and inspecting his feet on a few occasions, but after about a minute and a half, Cirsten looks down lovingly at her brother and takes his hand.

From there, they start to sway together as she launches back into the song.

Later on, they link hands and start to dance together in a truly touching moment, and we can’t even imagine how happy and proud their mama must have been sitting behind the camera and watching this lovely scene unfold.

After the clip went viral, Kelsey wrote:

My heart is so full right now. We had no expectations for this video to reach so many. It is such a heart felt moment seeing two of my kids have fun singing together.

Towards the end of the song, we see the little brother walk off-screen for a moment, before returning with a little guitar and strumming it a few times before the clip finally ends.

It’s just too cute for words and we encourage you to watch it for yourself in the player below.

Please SHARE this with your friends and family.
