Bullied schoolgirl makes an entrance at prom with escort of 120 bikers

Unfortunately, bullying is still very much a thing and it affects countless children and teens around the world. Victims of bullying often lose their self-worth and self-esteem, and parents often accurately describe it as stealing someone’s childhood.

Chloe Robson from Country Durham, United Kingdom, has been bullied for almost her entire school career. Ever since she was seven years old in primary school, she was bullied because of her appearance. She’s now 16 years old, and the bullying still hasn’t stopped – in fact, it even worsened.

It even escalated to constant, physical violence.

The teen was being pushed and shoved around by her classmates, and prom was something that she didn’t look forward to at all. In fact, she was worried that bullies would once again try to physically or emotionally hurt her and destroy her self-esteem.

“The bullying had a bad effect – it made me feel left out and alone. I had no-one to talk to about it and worried if I said anything it would get around – it will have a long-term effect on me,” the teen told The Daily Mail.

It was clear that the constant pestering affected her life in a very negative way and Chloe’s self-confidence was practically non-existent because of it. The school never really managed to fix the situation. And outside of school hours, the bullying just continued via social media.

Her cousin Grant, who is an avid biker, knew of the bullying and had a little surprise in store.

He founded the “North East Bikers Against Bullies” organization and figured that he could enlist the help of a couple of his biker friends for Chloe’s prom. He wanted to make sure that she didn’t have to worry about prom because it’s supposed to be a very special day to look forward to.

“I was really nervous about going to the prom and the reaction I’d get. It was a big shock when we heard the engines and all the bikers turned up – I wasn’t expecting that many but it made me feel supported and confident,” Chloe said.

Dozens of bikers started surrounding the car that Chloe sat in – the huge entrance stunned everyone!

‘They were surrounding the car all the way there and then escorted me to the school then there was applause from teachers and the families of other students. It was an indescribable moment – my friends all ran up and said ‘wow, that was an entrance.”

Everybody was impressed by the grand entrance, and the bikers did stay for a while to make sure that no one would even dare to try and hurt or harass Chloe.

And despite the tough times at school, the young woman is now more determined than ever to lead a happy and successful life. After high school, she’ll start her studies in photography and media.

She also wants to help Grant and his Bikers Against Bullying organization, so that they can take other bullying victims under their wings as well.

Grant himself was also bullied as a child, just like a large number of members in the biker group.

“I was bullied at school but when I was at school you just got a bit beat up but these days you have social media – the biggest bully in the world is Facebook. I’ve seen some of the messages bullies send, things like ‘I hope you stop breathing in your sleep.”

One of the bikers strapped a camera to his helmet and filmed the entire journey to the school, which you can check out below.
