Cline’s 1961 ballad standard “Crazy” was the first on Underwood’s list before transitioning into another well-known Sixties tune. Loretta Lynn’s “You Ain’t Woman Enough (To Take My Man).”

Not a bad way to warm up.

From a ballad to an upbeat tune, Carrie goes from a lower tone to a higher, ballsy melody typical of country music. She doesn’t even look like she’s having a hard time.

A rendition of Barbara Mandrell’s “I Was Country When Country Wasn’t Cool” was next, a laid back piece that has listeners yearning to see the country with a cold one in hand.

This is Carrie paying tribute to the original women superstars of the Opry and their trailblazing achievements.

“There is no tribute to women in country that could ever top this. She absolutely brought the house down and she didn’t miss a single beat. It did every single woman, in this song or not, proud.”

Says a really impressed viewer.

A theatrical performance of “Why’d You Come in Here” by Dolly Parton was next, Carrie exploding with a stunning rise in pitch and energy as the band played to perfection. That’s how you pay tribute!

Theresa Daniels commented,

“I just can’t get enough of this medley. I swear she is NOT human. She nailed the mood & tone in every song & added a little bit of Carrie sass with the Dolly & Loretta songs which I loved. I swear birds fly out of her mouth when she sings, she’s THAT good. Her vocal range is so vast that with each song change, she adjusted it & just freaking nailed it every time. She just makes it seem so effortless & seamless. Her voice is so timeless that it will never get old. She is already poised to become a legend like Dolly,Loretta Lynn & Reba & her voice is right up there with theirs.”
