We’ve all heard the saying that a dog is a man’s best friend. Well, one little boy is proving that a cat is a boy’s best friend.

Meet Sir Meowsalot.

His best friends, like little Noah, call him Meowser. Truthfully, we think Noah is Meowser’s only best friend. You can decide for yourself as you read on.

Meowser met his owner, Noah, two years ago on Christmas.

That’s all the little boy wanted for Christmas, so when he got his wish, he was beyond happy. From the first moment they laid eyes on each other, they were inseparable.

The two started following each other from the first time they were together and really haven’t stopped.

“There was an immediate connection with my son Noah and Meowser” Ashley Crow, Noah’s mom, told The Dodo,

Wherever one goes, the other follows.

They even play together. Noah’s mom says they even play hide-and-seek, dress-up, and play toy cars. Talk about BFFs! We just hope that Meowser likes to share.

Seeing cats bond with humans really isn’t as strange as you may think.

A recent study found that cats bond with humans just like dogs do.

Researchers from Oregon State University separated a group of cats from their owners and then reunited them. When they were reunited, the cats seemed to be securely bonded to their owners.

When it comes to Noah and Meowser, we don’t think these two will ever be separated!

Perhaps the cutest bond that these two share happens when it’s time to go to sleep.

You would think that Meowswer would go to his little cat bed or to have his own space when he’s sleeping…not quite.

Naptime means cuddle time for Meowser. Every time little Noah even goes down for a cat nap (no pun intended), little Meowser climbs right on top of him to take a snooze too.

The same goes for bedtime. Meowser is never far behind. He certainly likes his little human when it’s time to go to sleep and Noah certainly isn’t complaining.

“One thing is for sure, when Noah lays down, Sir Meowsalot lays down on top of him,” his mom says,

Noah looks like he enjoys getting a big hug from his little feline all the time.

It’s certainly better than any blankie he may have around his room!

Although Noah’s mom knows her little boy loves her, she knows where she stands when compared to Meowser.

“If you ask Noah who his favorite person in the world is, he will always answer with Sir Meowsalot because he’s more than just a cat,” she tells The Dodo,

If you were to ask Noah what his favorite gift was that he ever got, we’re pretty sure he would say Meowser.

We don’t think any other gift could ever compare, do you?

One thing is for sure, it doesn’t look like this friendship is going to end anytime soon.

Meowser has more hugs to give and Noah is ready to take them all!
