Amid a world rocked with uncertainty and confusion, there’s a cat that’s out to prove an adorably surefire thing – cats and dogs can and do get along.

In fact, some outright love one another and aren’t afraid to share it with the world!

Such is the case for a furry trio of Golden Retrievers, complimented only by their snuggly cat companion.

The video of this iconic affair was posted by Viral Paws and has received over two million views and thirty-seven thousand likes. It’s undeniably difficult not to melt on the spot after seeing the sweet interactions.

The video begins by following a cat who takes every opportunity to snuggle right in the middle of a basket-full of golden retrievers. The pet bed is already quite full, but the cat manages to slip into the perfect spot between two of the dogs.

As if this isn’t automatically adorable, the cat makes a move to rest its head on top of one of the dogs’ heads, completely sealing the deal.

He nuzzles his head right into the dog’s cheek, staking his claim in the furry slumber-party for some serious cuteness overload.

The tender video has thrilled the hearts of many viewers, all chiming in with approval and love for the furry connection.

One viewer admitted:

“Omg.. The cuteness is real over here.. Just look at that adorable little snuggle puddle.. Omg I’d be all up in it. Soooo freaking cute!!! I can’t take it lol”

Another confided:

“They don’t really need a bigger bed. When dogs snuggle together in a tight space, it makes them feel secure. Both of my dogs do it all the time and they love each other. This is so cute.”

Cute is an understatement.

Golden Retrievers are notorious for befriending other species of animals, including cats.

They are one of the top ten sought after breeds in the United States, specifically for their good-natured behavior. Dogtime reveals:
