Golden retrievers are a very comfortable breed of dog. They are basically like furry pillows that also enjoy going for runs, eating, and sniffing things.

It’s no surprise that many dog owners love to curl up with them when it’s time to relax.

Now imagine being the size of a cat and seeing two big golden retrievers laying peacefully on their side. How comfortable would it be to just flop yourself down on top or in between them?

Well, that’s exactly what one sleepy feline does in this video.

Cats and dogs get along just fine.

Despite what cartoons have attempted to teach us, cats and dogs often get along quite well. In fact, many dogs and cats have become best friends.

Choosing between being a “cat person” or a “dog person”

Some people mistakenly believe that you have to choose between being a “cat person” or a “dog person.” This couldn’t be farther from the truth.

While some dog lovers don’t like cats and some cat lovers don’t like dogs, most animal lovers appreciate both.

You don’t have to choose between being a cat home or a dog home either. Most of the time, cats and dogs get along just fine.

It helps if they are young when you first introduce your dog and cat family members, but once they have acclimated to each other, they will become like siblings.

Remember, however, that siblings don’t always get along either.

Cat wants to nap with a pair of golden retrievers.

For a cat, they must look like the biggest, most comfiest, living and breathing bed they’ve ever seen.

One of the dogs even puts his arm around the cat, letting them know that they are welcome there.

This adorable interaction between feline and golden retrievers was posted to YouTube by the Viral Paws channel. Not surprisingly, it went viral. It has been viewed 5.8 million times.

“This was already too cute, but when one of the goldens put their paw around the cat, that’s what got me,” wrote Nouna Binbou.
