Girl plays loud dance music in her car not expecting charismatic horse to dance along
Driving around and blasting tunes are two things that go hand-in-hand. And if your favorite song comes on? Well, there might be a little dance party too.
While it’s not unusual to jam out to good music in the car – one pair of ladies discovered they weren’t the only ones that liked the song they were playing…
Victoria Anderson-Gardner and her cousin Morningstar were driving back from filming a documentary in Ontario when they spotted a horse by a fence.
Instead of just giving the animal a friendly wave, they decided to pull over on the backroad and do something even nicer. They wanted to serenade it!
Victoria told BuzzFeed that she asked her passenger to crank up the music and film the scene so she could post in on social media. What she ended up capturing is pretty awesome.
The ladies began playing and singing along to Fleetwood Mac’s 1977 classic “Dreams.”
There are many people who are unable to resist bopping along to “Dreams” anytime it comes on the radio. Apparently, it gave the horse the same urge to jam out as well! The ladies were completely amused when the horse started moving its head and swishing its tail.
In her interview with BuzzFeed, Victoria said:
“We started singing and then noticed the horse started to dance, so we turned the music up even louder!”

The horse gets even more into it.
As Victoria and Morningstar watch and sing from their vehicle, the horse seems to be in its own world. Frankly, it looks like a teenager grooving along at a concert! But hey, can you really blame it? We’re talking Fleetwood Mac!
“Dreams” appeared on the British-American rock group’s album Rumours.
According to Biography, over 45 million copies of Rumours have been sold and it won a Grammy award for “Album of the Year.” “Dreams” (which was written by Stevie Nicks) made it to number one on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
Fleetwood Mac has fans across the globe, including one on a backroad in Canada!
The four-legged animal is cute as anything and it looks like it’s “dancing.” Some believe it’s simply scratching itself with the fence – but others are really digging the scene no matter what. One person wrote:
“I love this video because usually people just add the music into a video of a “dancing” animal later on. In this video, it’s very clear that you guys are actually singing to the horse. Also, that horse has great taste in music. I love “Dreams” by Fleetwood Mac. Stevie Nicks’ voice is just heavenly to my ears.”
Another viewer said:
“Honestly, I needed that video. I’m gonna keep it in my pocket.”
Perhaps they’ll meet again.
Eventually, Victoria and Morningstar decide to part ways with their new horse buddy, and they take the Fleetwood Mac with them. Before they do, Victoria yells out to the horse. When a viewer asked what she was saying, she responded on YouTube:
“I was saying “Baamaapii” which means “See you later” in Ojibwe :)”
The girls can’t help but giggle while driving away. Besides being a cool experience, surely they were happy they hit record!
It’s a viral clip that’s got it all – great music, singing motorists, and a dancing horse. You can watch it for yourself below!
