Then, get yourself a box of cream. Shake it up just to make sure the consistency is right, and then pour all the contents of the box into the bowl with the eggs. Add mayonnaise in and whisk it all together. You’ll want to make sure the ingredients are combined.

Take out slices of bread and soak each piece in the egg and cream mixture.

You’ll want to make sure that the slices of bread are completely covered in the mix. When the bread is covered, place it on a baking tray. As for the amount of bread to use? Patissier Gang Deok-soo continues to dip bread until the trays are full.

But this isn’t just cream-soaked bread, this is a whole sandwich.

So then, you add a slice of ham and cheese on top of each piece of bread on the tray. Then, you use a circular cookie-cutter to cut a hole in dry bread slices. After this, you begin to also dip these slices into the egg and cream mixture, and place these bread slices on top of the ones on the baking tray.

Next, you crack more eggs into a different bowl.

Cracking the eggs in the bowl makes it easier to remove only the yolks in order to put them in the holes in the bread. You want each sandwich to have an egg in it’s hole.

The last step before putting these sandwiches in the oven is to drizzle them with mayonnaise.
