One of the most famous scenes is from the movie “Big”. Tom Hanks and Robert Loggia play on a floor piano in a toy store. Many recreations of various songs have been played on this piano to huge success! There is something captivating about watching someone play and dance at the same time.

Mister Piano recreates a famous movie scene.

“Mister Piano” is the alias of Alexander Dennis Volk and has seen a ton of success from his awesome renditions and crazy piano experiments! In this video, Mister Piano and his partner skillfully play out one of the most famous piano duets around!

Playing the song “Heart and Soul,” he and his partner bring in a crowd of people who are astounded at the unique way of playing the piano. Taking place in Bremen, Germany, I am sure that the shoppers at Top Shopping Mall were happy they decided to go out.

Who is Mister Piano?

With a name like that, he better be able to play, right? Well, from what I have seen, he lives up to the name. Take Roll’n Roll for example. Mister Piano hops on a rolling piano and cruises around malls, serenading shoppers with song!

Based out of Germany, Dennis Volk began by playing accompaniment for events. Through his success, he has been able to travel across Europe and be a part of various TV shows! He appears to be a likable guy, being described as “a class clown” turned “creative and exceptional entertainer on the piano” [Source]

A dancing and playing duo.

Volk isn’t the only one doing the entertaining, either! His partner plays the accompanying parts as she jumps back and forth with ease. They seem to be in perfect timing as they hop on together at times and individually at others.

They weren’t just in sync musically, either! Alex wears black clothing with white suspenders, subtly pointing towards the piano. His partner has no qualms about showing the affiliation. She hops on rocking awesome piano leggings, completing the duo’s black and white look.
