The show’s host, Bryce Langston, traveled to Cowlitz County, Washington to meet this inspirational couple.

The featured house has been built from a 40ft shipping container topped with another 20ft shipping container. The stylish and compact home was definitely a sight for sore eyes but it didn’t come easy.

The couple was faced with an unexpected burden that would delay the construction of their dream home.

If you think that money and labor was difficult enough to handle, Dave suffered major bleeding in his brain. Jaimie stayed by his side at all times, ensuring that he gets the care and love that he needs.

“She knew that they would make it through and that they were stronger together. She never left his side, and she said, “This was my best friend and this was not the way that our story was supposed to go,” Jaime said in her interview.

The couple did not lose their sense of hope and purpose.

Despite being delayed for three months to undergo therapy, Jaimie and Dave were even more excited to finish what they’ve started. Through their perseverance, they finished the house in just 10 months.

After learning all the hardships that they went through, its now time to take a tour inside of their priced home. Outside, we bet that you’re already amazed by the structure of the house and the nature surrounding it.

Inside, we are greeted by their cozy leather couch which Jaimie specifically wanted as she didn’t want those built-in sofas that are commonly used when you have limited space. Adjacent to the couch is the fireplace which is perfect when the couple just wants to relax and drink wine.

Across the living room, we can immediately find their kitchen which surprisingly has all their needs. From appliances to countertops and drawers, it’s amazing how they managed to make it fully functional.

As you walk in further into the kitchen, we can find the couple’s bathroom. They have built it according to their need since they needed a room where they can take a bath, walk around, and get dressed.
