Parents have different ways of disciplining their kids. Some do it by talking to their kids and some parents do physical punishments.

Sadly, there are some parents who seem to tolerate their kids’ wrongdoings.

But this is not what Randy did when he found out that his daughter Re’Onna was bullying another girl at school.

He did a punishment that would surely teach an essential lesson to his daughter.

As he was also got bullied when he was a kid, he knew how important it is for his daughter to learn the right thing.

So he used the money that he had been saving to treat the girl that Re’Onna bullied to a shopping spree.

Imagine what Re’Onna felt about her dad’s big decision.

Not to mention that shopping is her favorite. So when she and her dad was interviewed at Strahan, Sara and Keke, she admitted that she got mad about it. Eventually, she realized that her dad’s action was a big help for the girl whom she treated badly.

The girl speaks out.

She is Ryan and she generously talked about her side. She said that she felt very sad about Re’Onna’s treatment of her.

Sadly, she lost her grandfather, her father, and her aunt. This was the reason why she had been depressed. So when she was being bullied by Re’Onna, she was even more disheartened.

Ryan’s mom to the rescue

Her mom knew that she needed to reach out to Re’Onna’s parents to talk about it. She admitted that she got surprised by how Randy handled the situation.

She also expressed how thankful she is for what Randy did to her daughter. All she had was an appreciation for him. On the other hand, she also felt sorry for Re’Onna for going through such an experience.

The most important thing

Ryan truly had a hard time dealing with grief and being bullied at the same time. What she experienced is unimaginable. So, she truly deserved the shopping spree and even more than that.

The shopping spree that Ryan enjoyed happened right before Re’Onna’s eyes.

Randy made sure that his daughter was able to witness it. He knew that that experience would teach Re’Onna the lesson that she had to learn.

Amazingly, after that saddening situation, Ryan and Re’Onna got to bond and had the chance to get to know each other more.

As for Randy, he also reminded many parents of an important lesson.

He said that in this kind of situation, parents should do the right thing and that is to take action.

Hopefully, many parents would also do the same. If it’s needed, don’t hesitate to teach your kids some lessons that they must learn. Because if you won’t do that, they might become the person you would never want to meet.

Teaching our kids isn’t a bad thing, it’s a kind of love that is tough but definitely worth it. They might even thank you in the future for doing the right thing.
