Frankie asked his dad to play some Michael Jackson songs while he did the dishes. The dad knew this was an opportunity to embarrass his son.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs told us to whistle while we work. Frankie goes even further.

Like most kids, Frankie does chores at home in exchange for pocket money. Chores are usually, well, a chore. But Frankie has found a way to enjoy earning his keep. He dances while doing the chores!

Frankie’s dad, Steven, had observed his son dancing while choring.

Frankie didn’t know this. Instead of complementing Frankie on his dance moves, Steven decided to share them with the world.

One evening after dinner, Frankie had to do the dishes. He asked his dad to put on the Michael Jackson greatest hits CD as he did this.

Steven put the CD on. But he also took out his phone and started recording Frankie.

Steven turned the corner, phone in hand. Smooth Criminal was playing in the background. Frankie’s head was bopping away as he loaded up the dishwasher.

But it was about to get funkier.

Frankie started moving his head even more enthusiastically to the beat.

He was really getting into the song. Who needs a nightclub when you have a kitchen?

Then, after Frankie loaded a cutting board into the dishwasher, he put his full body into the song. He was moving like a mini Michael Jackson. He even did a little moonwalk!

But then Frankie noticed his dad.

He saw the phone in his hand, and terror spread across his face.

Frankie started chasing Steven.

Before Frankie could reach the phone, Steven had uploaded the footage to his YouTube channel. Pretty soon, the footage went viral.

To date, the video has gained over 4.7 million views. It also has more than 16,000 likes and 2,000 comments. People have been saying things like this:

Clearly, Frankie is a hit with people all over the world!

Frankie also appears in a couple of other videos on his dad’s channel. These were made with his knowledge, however.

Another video shows Frankie dancing in a Napoleon Dynamite style to another Michael Jackson song, Thriller.

While this video only has a fraction of the views as the dishes dance video, it proves that Frankie is a great performer, even when he knows he’s in the spotlight.

And Frankie’s talents extend beyond dancing.

In another video, he plays the drums on a bunch of improvised instruments.

Steven explained in the description of the video that they couldn’t yet afford a proper drum kit for the boy, but that didn’t deter him.

Because of his creativity, when Frankie finally got drums, he was already playing like a pro!

Clearly, Frankie is a very talented young man.

Who knows what he’ll go on to achieve when he grows up? He’s already entertained millions of people online! And his dad is sure to support him.
