Bodybuilding has been around since the late 1800s and certainly isn’t going anywhere. With quarantine measures still going on in the majority of the world, many enthusiast sporters and bodybuilders have resorted to at-home workouts to train their body and stay in shape. Of course, while there are plenty of benefits of having a higher muscle density, such as a better immune system, more strength or the fact that you burn more calories in rest, bodybuilders are mainly in it for one thing: flexing.

The motive for most bodybuilders is purely aesthetic, as it’s just too cool and impressive to flex those muscles they’ve worked so hard for.

And why shouldn’t they be proud of it? It’s perfect proof that hard physical work shows off.

Perhaps the most notable or well-known bodybuilder in the world is none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger, who later became the movie superstar and governor of California we all know today. If there was one benchmark in the seventies for being chiseled and muscular, it was him. Starting and professional bodybuilders alike were envious of the superhero-like appearance of Schwarzenegger and would do anything to look like a Greek god.

Another one of those people who want to look absolutely chiseled is this amazing and adorable little guy!

He definitely has the attitude to become a bodybuilder, and a supportive dad that will guide him through every step of the way. The little baby is flexing his pecs as best as he can and it quickly turns into a beautiful daddy and son moment.

You can just see the joy and excitement in the boy’s face, and it’s clear that daddy absolutely loves the spectacle as well. He can’t really stop smiling and laughing, but this baby means serious business!

It all started when the 8-month-old Hadley and his dad were planning to take a bath, but it turns out the adorable boy had other plans as soon as he saw the large mirror in the bathroom. Flexing is important, after all.

At one point in the video, little Hadley seems to realize that mom is there holding the camera and gets a little bit camera shy. How cute!

Flexing your muscles in front of the mirror is the first step, and we’re pretty sure that this baby would love nothing more than show off his progress when and if he steps into a gym at an older age. We’re pretty sure that no matter what, dad will always be willing to flex his muscles along with him.

Hadley definitely could be the next Incredible Hulk, the next Terminator or perhaps even the next Hulk Hogan. The mustached superstar has made a name for himself flexing his muscles before and during wrestling matches, perhaps we’ve found his successor right here.

Mom posted the short video of the baby flexing with his dad on the internet, and it quickly went viral on YouTube with over 7 million views.
