America’s Got Talent (Got Talent franchise as a whole) is the home of the world’s most talented individuals and groups.

From immaculate singers, amazing dancers, unbelievable magicians, and many more.

Time and time again, the reality talent show keeps on giving us heart-stopping performances.

And when we say performances, it isn’t just limited to humans but also to animals like the talented dog in this story.

A dancing dog

Perhaps, this may not be your first time seeing a dancing dog, right?

There have been a couple of AGT performances featuring dancing dogs, however, apart from amazement, this one will tug at your heartstrings.

The video started with the auditionees walking toward the center stage and just by seeing a dog enter the stage, you can already feel the audience’s excitement.

The woman, Christine Elisabeth Berczes is a dog trainer from Hungary, and her partner is an Australian shepherd named Meredith.

When asked what their act is called, Berczes said it’s “Glamour Aussies” which is pretty much about dog dancing.

Berczes said that Glamour Aussies is a school that teaches dogs how to dance. As of this writing, they have three dancing dogs, Mika, Jack, and of course, Meredith.

Their dogs are not just adorable but also incredibly talented, in fact, they have already bagged quite a good stack of awards.

According to Glamour Aussies’ website, Meredith is “a flattering, absolute couch dog who wants to be always in the centre of the party. She is really smart and easy to learn, so started the Dog Dancing competitions as well.”

The two were set to perform to “Somewhere Only We Know” by Keane.

Berczes started off by sitting while pretending to read a book and on her side, Meredith was just trying to interpret the words of the song.

The talented pooch then started rolling and kissing her dance partner. Meredith was well trained and she knew exactly when to execute her movements.

From the side walking, walking using only her hind legs, walking across between Berczes’s legs, and many more.

Some might say that Meredith was just playing around.

Looking at her movements and the way she timed it, it looked like she fully understood the assignment and that’s to amaze everyone.

In the middle part of their performance, Meredith picked a basket of flowers and gave it to Berczes who changed her outfit to golden seconds after.

And when Berczes began moving both her arms like a seesaw, Meredith gracefully jumps over them like a real performer.

The two ended their act by giving each other warm hugs which was followed by people showering them with loud cheers and rounds of applause.

Meredith and Berczes were able to get a “YES” from all four judges and hoped they’d make it through the Semifinals.

Unfortunately, they weren’t chosen as one of the 55 acts in the Semifinals and got eliminated in the Deliberations stage of the competition.

But that can’t deny the fact that they’re incredibly good at their craft and their duo is just as powerful as the other performers.
