Sweet dog is completely overjoyed to get 400 tennis balls for his birthday

There’s nothing quite like getting loads of something that you love. When this dog got more tennis balls than there are days of the year, he was ecstatic.
Titus had really become Alistair Clyde’s baby. She had taken him in as a puppy. And as he grew into adulthood, he became the friendliest, most fun-loving dog.
Clyde and her first dog, Bear the chihuahua, got along with Titus perfectly.
The dog thought that he was incredibly lucky at the home with his mom and brother. But he didn’t know that the best was yet to come.
For Titus’s second birthday, Clyde made a bulk order of Titus’s favorite toy, tennis balls. In all, she ordered over 400 of the balls. And she knew that to make Titus’s birthday really special, he needed to have access to all of the balls all at once.
So on Titus’s birthday, she called Titus up to her. The dog jumped onto the couch. He could tell that something special was happening, but he couldn’t tell what.
Clyde looked down to a box filled with the tennis balls. Then she tipped the box over, and the balls all rolled out. The dog leaped off the couch and started playing with all of the balls. Titus was clearly overjoyed.
Pretty soon, Titus had started chewing up some of the balls. But there were enough in the home to get through a lot of this chewing!
Then Clyde gathered up some of the tennis balls and went up the stairs in her home. Titus followed her. She then tipped the balls down the stairs, and Titus ran after them.
That day, Titus kept on playing with the tennis balls until it was time to sleep.
The next day, he played with them again. And the next day. And the next day. Clearly, this was an amazing birthday present!
Luckily, Clyde was filming much of Titus’s birthday. She uploaded some footage of the dog playing with all of the balls to Facebook.
The video became very popular. In just a couple of weeks, the video has gained over 42,000 views. It’s also received more than 1,400 reactions, 500 shares and 200 comments. People have been saying things like this:
When Clyde was shopping for Titus’s birthday present, she was unsure of how many balls to buy the dog.
At first, she was going to get him just 60 balls. But then she realized that her dog deserved as many as possible. So she looked at the maximum order, which was 400, and got that instead.
Bear, Titus’s older brother, is less of a fan of tennis balls. So when he saw all of the balls spill out, he just decided to sit back and let Titus have all of the fun.
Just imagine what was going through the older dog’s mind as Titus ran all over the home, chasing the tennis balls.
Clyde realized that Titus only needs some of the balls to stay happy. So she has decided to give the rest of the balls to an animal shelter, ensuring that less fortunate dogs have something to play with.
Luckily, there are so many balls in the home that Titus won’t notice that some are missing.
