Animals can get offended by farts, too.

You know the usual bickering that often goes on between a young brother and sister? If you grew up with a sibling, you probably understand the frustration of them doing something silly. Well, it turns out, that dogs and cats also experience these human-like emotions as well.

They don’t always get along… Even if it is over something a bit silly.

While it’s not as common as sticking to one, there are man households that have both a pet dog and cat. They aren’t always known for getting along with each other and that’s for good reason. Sometimes it works out but they definitely can collide at times.

Two years ago, in 2018, a hilarious video of a cat and dog was uploaded to Youtube. It went viral — racking up nearly 15 million views to this day — and for good reason. It has pretty much everyone on the Internet dying with laughter.

Clocking in at just about 20 seconds, the video is short. However, it is absolutely hysterical and it is absolutely guaranteed to give you a good quality laugh.

At the beginning of the clip, we set a small dog fast asleep next to a cat. So cute, right? Well…

The dog is fast asleep and definitely dreaming at this point. It almost looks as if he is smiling in his sleep. As the cat lays behind him, it is wide awake. The cat watches the pup intensely while he has no idea.

Then, all of a sudden, the dog lets out a big fart (for lack of better words!). It is surprising that the dog even farted, but it’s even more surprising how human-like the fart sounded. Seriously, it was so loud and hard to miss… It’s hard to believe that it actually came from a small dog and not a person.

After the dog farts, the cat is not happy. In fact, the cat looks super offended by their sibling passing gas in the bed, even if they aren’t awake and aware of it.

The cat continues to stare the dog down hard. Like, the kitty is really trying to confront this dog right now. But of course, the dog is still unaware and fast asleep at this point.

Out of nowhere, after staring the dog down for a few seconds, the cat then decides to pounce on her furry sibling.

The cat actually goes from sweet angel to evil demon so fast, as it aims for the dog’s head with his claw and tries to wake the dog up.

It’s funny — these are two animals but their behavior is so familiar, we could totally see two young children doing this exact same thing. The cat is so upset about the dog’s fart, she gets so mad and physically tries to wake the dog up.

We know these are two animals but honestly, we can relate to this moment so much. It’s easy to see how it went viral — it’s hilarious but also so relatable!
