But in her quest to build the âperfect homeâ, she also shares simple and amazing recipes.
One of which is a dinner recipe that only uses three main ingredients. This dish is good for 3 people but is also enough for one very hungry fellow.

Here are the things you’ll need for the meat patties:
2/3 pound meat (You can choose between the usual beef, pork, chicken, or turkey)
2 pieces medium-sized potatoes
2 pieces carrots
Salt
Pepper
These are included in the original recipe but itâs not required if you donât have them.
Paprika
Oregano
Rosemary
The sauce is also included in her original recipe but the patties are good as is. If you want the sauce, here are the ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
Oil
½ cup Water
This recipe is so easy to make and uses only the tools you already have in your kitchen. For the patties:
1. Peel the potatoes and the carrots
2. Using your box grater, shred your potatoes and carrots. Use the coarsest holes for the potatoes and the smaller grating holes for the carrots
3. Combine your vegetables and throw in a pinch of salt to draw out the excess moisture.
4. Mix your vegetables and squeeze out the liquid. Put the mix into a strainer to drain excess water.
5. Combine the vegetables with the meat of your choice.
6. Season it with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of rosemary, oregano, and paprika.
7. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized serving. Flatten them a bit.
8. Drizzle olive oil on your pan and let it come up to temperature.
9. Pan-fry the patties until theyâre cooked through on both sides. But if youâre cooking it with the sauce, fry each side for 3 minutes.
10. You can serve this as is with your favorite dips, like ketchup or mustard.
But if you want to serve it with Strugliaâs simple sauce, here are the steps.
1. Dice your tomatoes about half an inch big.
2. Drizzle oil into your pan.
3. Add in your clove of garlic. You can pound it to release more flavor.
4. Add your tomatoes and saute them together.
5. Add half a cup of water.
6. Add your cooked patties and simmer for 15 more minutes.
There you have it! A tasty meal using only three pantry ingredients and it doesnât even need chef-like skills. Itâs a perfect meal in between grocery runs, or if you want to pack light when you camp out.
