Breakfast is important as we start our day with it. Normally, we don’t eat anything during our sleep time. Once our dinner is finished we go on a long hiatus of 12-13 hours before our next meal.

The next meal after dinner is breakfast, and since it is the first meal of the day, it must be nutritious and substantial. If you eat something that’s not healthy, you’ll face health repercussions throughout the day.

It is unique, easy, and tasty!

It uses only a few basic ingredients. It is super easy. You will need: Tomatoes, eggs, cheese, olive oil, green onion, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.

Here is how you can cook this unique and tasty dish:

Step 1: Chop tomatoes from the top.

You’ll first need to slice the upper part of the tomato. Make sure you don’t cut too much—just the stem part. You can cut as many tomatoes as you want, depending on how hungry you are.

Step 2: Scoop out the tomato with a spoon.

Once the tomato is sliced from the top, you’ll need to make it hollow from the inside because that is where the other ingredients go! Make sure you have scooped out the entire tomato’s core.

Step 3: Time to fill the tomato and bake it!

The next step is filling the tomato with the ingredients previously mentioned. Start with green onion (or chives). Cut them into fine pieces and fill them.

Then add cheese followed by eggs, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise at the top.

After you’ve added all the ingredients, drizzle a glass plate with olive oil and place the tomato on top. Your dish should look something like this:

Now all you have to do is bake it and you’re all set.

After you’ve completed all the 3 steps and everything seems fine, all you have to do is bake it. You need to bake it at 200° C for 25 minutes.

In just 25 minutes, your morning breakfast is ready!
