While some of us are still figuring out how to open a jar of pickles, others already have a big head start.

Every individual is unique and some of these individuals get extremely lucky with the genetic lottery. Some become celebrated athletes because of their sheer athleticism and some become artistic virtuosos because creative expression comes naturally to them.

Then there are some, who at a very young age, exhibit genius-level intellect. And for these parents, they couldn’t be even more proud.

A baby took the internet by storm when people saw how talented he is.

Nasr Davis was a year old back then when his parents shared a clip of him doing something amazing. In the video, his dad was asking him different questions to which Nasr answers accordingly.

Tin the video, entitled “How to prepare your baby to make friends at school”, Jarius Davis, his dad ran him through a simulated conversation.

When asked for his name, Nasr said “My name is Nas.” When asked how old he was, he confidently answered “One!” He even shared that his parents are from “Memphis”.

In just a matter of weeks, Nasr’s socials blew up.

People all over the internet were astounded by the level of communication skills Nasr displayed in his videos.

According to the CDC, children who are a year old are expected to babble and speak random syllables. But Nasr was beyond that. He was actually talking to another person. As other babies are still learning their “ma-ma” and “da-da”, Nasr was talking in words.

In one of their videos, they are also shown to be teaching Nasr alphabet flash cards for ages 3 and up while he was still 6 months old.

The couple plans to build his future through social media.

Jarius and Sharlita, high school sweethearts who met at Carver High School in South Memphis, shared that they never expected that recording Nasr would change their lives.

Nasr is being watched by hundreds of thousands of subscribers spread across all his platforms, from Instagram, and YouTube, to TikTok. On top of that, his videos have millions of engagements.

“We are very proud of Nas, especially for him to gain notoriety with education is great,” said Jarius Davis told WREG. “Nas is just going to build an empire.”

More than that, the couple also shared that being a celebrity will come naturally for Nasr.

They shared that he is really smart and very funny, with a great personality to boot. He has gotten comfortable with the recordings that he gets excited when he sees the ring light.

Right now, his parents share parenting tips, children’s activities, and other childcare practices with their subscribers.

We are excited to see where Nasr will end up in the future.

According to a study, highly precocious children have the highest chances of being successful in the future, especially when supported the right way.

“The kids who test in the top 1% tend to become our eminent scientists and academics, our Fortune 500 CEOs and federal judges, senators and billionaires,” Jonathan Wai, a psychologist at the Duke University Talent Identification Program said to Nature.com.

The future is bright for young Nasr but for now, he can enjoy life being a child.
