In a video, mom, Paola Teran, captured her husband and daughter having a special moment together. Her daughter, Emma, was in the kitchen in her Minnie Mouse pajamas. As Emma stood on the countertop, Teran began to film her interaction with her dad. Little did she know she was about to catch a priceless moment.

Using the countertop as a dance floor, Emma dances to a catchy Salsa tune while her dad dances along with her. The two shake their hips, looking adorable while they do it. Teran decided to share the video on her Instagram where it was an immediate success.

Posting on the video, Teran had this to say:

“I’m a #princess not because I have a prince, but because my father is a #king!”

Of course, their favorite spot to dance is in the kitchen. And we all have Teran to thank for bringing their impressive dance skills to the masses.

It is important to spend time with your kids

The video is a perfect example of how fathers should spend time with their daughters. Not only does it show that they love them but can help them develop their confidence, something that all kids need now and later after they grow into adults with children of their own.
