Neighbors run over family’s fence over and over – dad creates ‘revenge curb’ that wrecks 8 cars

Neighbors can be a nightmare!

Some of us are fortunate enough to have great neighbors who we bond with and even become a part of the family. Others, not so much.

This article is about a family who experienced the latter.

A Reddit user that goes by the name of MihaM12, shared a story on the popular website about his family’s act of revenge against their neighbors.

He revealed that this feud has been going on for years, dating back to before he and his brother were even born.

Talk about not being able to bury the hatchet!

The most ironic part about his story is that most of the residents living in the neighborhood are, in fact, relatives! “Distant” relatives, however, MihaM12 specified.

“Everybody here is a complete nutjob,” he shared.

This is bound to be something great.

MihaM12 wrote that his family’s property line is like a square where a street rests on two sides.

He shared that his family has kindly allowed their neighbors to use one square meter of their land for safety reasons and to prevent any damage to their property.

Problems arose when their neighbors ordered a “massive” truck, full of wood. The truck driver ran over their fence and nobody was willing to pay for the damage.

” Our fence is made out of multiple bushes, trees and a little bit of metal fence too. These plants were now completely destroyed and a part of metal fence completely bent.”

MihaM12’s father said it was the third time and final time that they would damage their property. Revenge was necessary.

“He dug up the property line marker and placed plastic barrels filled with rocks on our property. In the next 6 hours 3 of our neighbors came knocking on the door because they hit our plastic barrels filled with rocks.”

Each person threatened to call the cops. None did, of course, as it was still their property and they weren’t breaking any laws.

It also helped that MihaM12’s father was a cop.

One of the neighbors was so upset, they threatened to throw a pickaxe at his father’s back. Fortunately, things didn’t escalate to this level.

Over the next year, the neighbors kept striking the barrels, making them useless.

MihaM12’s father decided that he needed to make a stronger statement.

“…he changed his petty revenge into a prorevenge,” he wrote.

This time, he would make sure that whatever material he put up next would do more damage to them than himself.

With cement, sand, and metal poles, MihaM12 and his father built a cement fence with a bed of flowers resting on top.

“So when they hit the concrete they can smell our flowers of victory/defeat.”

The plan worked as a total of five neighbors wrecked their cars on the cement obstacle. But this time, nobody came knocking on their door to complain.

Things in this neighborhood seemed to boil up and over in a span of years. Sometimes time doesn’t heal all wounds! It can just help to create new ones.

But you know what they say, revenge is best served on a sweet bed of flowers.
