Fifth-grade boys line up for a talent show performance that audience won’t forget

Talent show performances are not for the timid. There’s a lot of planning, a ton of practicing, and a whole lot of finger-crossing that you don’t screw up on stage. After all, your parents, teachers, and friends are all going to be watching.

While it could be an epic performance, it may also be #worsttalentshowperformanceever. You just have to put it all out there and hope for the best.

That’s certainly what a group of fifth-grade boys from Oklahoma did. People are still talking about these boys who took their talent show to the next level.

You know it’s not going to be your typical talent show performance when you see a bunch of boys walk out onto the stage wearing jerseys and skirts. What started as a dance to “All I Do Is Win” with some arm-waving, quickly turned into an epic performance.

While the crowd is getting pumped and throwing their hands in the air, these boys are getting ready to put a ring on it…yes, BeyoncĂ© style!

As they’re dancing and lip-syncing to BeyoncĂ©’s “Single Ladies” anthem and getting ready to put a ring on it, you may think the performance is over soon. Skirts, jerseys, lip-syncing and booty shaking to BeyoncĂ©…it can’t get much better than this, or can it?

Buckle up boys and girls because you’re in for a mash-up dance like none other. BeyoncĂ© was just the appetizer.

These boys are ready to “Party in the USA” with Miley Cyrus. Hips are swiveling, booties are bouncing with plenty of other talent show shaking going on here. Don’t forget the “Lean and Dabb”.

Are you ready for more?

No? Yes!

These boys know that every performance needs some slow songs too. They’ve got it covered as they take it down a notch and pair up for some slow jams. As you can imagine, the crowd loves this, hanging on the edge of their school auditorium seats!

What are these boys going to mash up next?

They’re movin’ and groovin’ to “At Night (I’m Watching You)”. Let me tell you, everyone was still watching these boys! They even snuck in some leg kicking Rockette action.

How do you end a talent show performance like this? You don’t just wave and say bye. You say “Bye Bye Bye”. It’s a performance that would make any boy band proud!

These boys should be proud of themselves. They not only nailed the talent show, but they showed everyone that sometimes you just gotta shake what your momma gave you and dance like no one is watching.

Well, in this case, everyone was watching…and they still are. This talent show video has been viewed more than four million times on YouTube since its 2016 debut. Talk about an epic performance!
