Tiny flower girl steals hearts with hilarious wedding reception dance
At most weddings, the bride and groom are the center of attention. Sometimes, though, someone comes along and steals their thunder. This happened to one couple when a dance routine from the flower girl stole the hearts of everyone attending the reception.
A little girl breaks into dance
A video of the little girl dancing was posted online, where it soon went viral. Filmed at the happy couple’s wedding reception, the video features a little blonde-headed girl as she dances along to some music.
As the video starts, the little girl is dancing to Justin Bieber’s hit song, “Baby.”
Just getting warmed up
The cute flower girl at first seems a little subdued in her performance, but she is just getting warmed up. Some of the guys on the floor even offer her their support. Soon though, she will shine as she shows everyone her sweet dance moves. All she needs is a more energetic song.
Her time to shine
As the little girl continues to dance, the tune switches up to “Gangnam Style,” by the artist PSY. With his video reaching over 3.5 billion views online, it is not surprising that the song has become a mainstay at many wedding receptions around the world. This is just what the little girl needs to show off her dance abilities.
Showing everyone what she’s got
Certainly not a newcomer to the song, she pulls out her lasso to dance along to the catchy tune, just like Psy does in the video. Her fervor is infectious and a fellow dancer joins beside her with this signature move. But even he can’t keep up as the girl moves across the dance floor.
Finishing with a flare
With moves reminiscent of the best dancers, she even pauses at a few dramatic moments of the song before breaking into dance once again and wowing the crowd. Everyone seems enraptured as the little girl continues to dance, finishing with a split right on the dance floor.
The video has gotten over 187,000 likes on Facebook and has been shared over 951,000 times. Many of the comments on the post supported the little girl and marveled at the energy she must have had to pull it all off.
As one commenter on the video put it:
