If you’ve ever moved into a new house, then you know that it’s both exciting and stressful. There’s so much to be done, things to take care of, furniture and clothes to be put away – the list never ends.

Sometimes though, you’re lucky enough to have friendly neighbors who welcome you to the neighborhood. Some may even bring you a welcome treat, maybe a simple item like a cake. But what if, all of a sudden, you started finding mysterious flowers at your door every day?

When Rosie moved into her new house, she loved it there. She loved the area, especially the garden path that lay behind the terraced houses, one of which was her new home.

Shortly after moving in, Rosie noticed mysterious flowers being left on her porch every morning.

At first, she assumed that maybe the wind had blown them from the garden- although that seemed pretty unlikely. Still, it was all so weird, and she didn’t know what to think.

The flowers kept coming every single morning, and Rosie just kept sweeping them up. After a while, she pondered the endless possibilities. Was it a stalker? A secret admirer? Just some kind of freak wind?

She needed to figure out the truth; the whole situation was just too weird.

One evening, as Rosie was making dinner, she noticed a cat jumping down on to her deck, carrying a flower in its mouth.

“I was so excited that I went to film it because she’s so cute, and I’d never seen a cat ever bring back anything but dead animals before,” Rosie told Happiest.

It turned out that the cat’s name was Willow, and she lived next door to Rosie’s new house. The cat was probably really close with the previous owners and appeared comfortable on the property. When Rosie moved in, it seemed Williow had decided to make the new neighbor a part of her life too.

As Rosie later found out, Willow was a very sociable kind, often going from house to house, as neighbors opened their homes to her, offering a cozy place to nap and a yummy treat. Many of them had even placed “cat boxes” or food bowls on their porches so the kitty could nibble and rest at her leisure.

“Willow rules over about six of the gardens,” said Rosie. “I’m pretty sure she gets fed by everyone because she’s very difficult to say no to.”

Since their first encounter, Rosie and Willow have become very close friends.

Rose is always willing to open the door for her kitty admirer, offering her pets and a nice place to nap.

When Rosie uploaded the video of Willow bringing her flowers, it garnered over 800,000 views, with dozens of comments from people discussing the cat’s adorable expression of affection.
