When you think of cheesecake, simple isn’t exactly what comes to mind. What if that’s exactly what making cheesecake was? Would you make them more often? Lucky for you, we’ve come across an easy, yet delicious cheesecake recipe that’s too good to pass up.
One woman posted to the Extreme Couponing & Bargains UK Facebook group with a four-ingredient recipe that had people raving.
Ingredients
First, you’ll have to go to your local grocery and grab the four items you’ll need to make this amazing treat.
- Biscoff spread
- Biscoff cookies
- Butter
- Cream cheese
Once you’ve got the ingredients, you can start the simple process of actually making the cheesecake
Take your packet of Biscoff cookies and begin crushing them. Once you’ve got them crushed into small pieces, add 2 spoons of melted butter before mixing it together and pressing it into a dish.
After you’ve got your Biscoff cookies crushed, mixed with butter and packed into a dish, put the dish in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Now that you have the base of your cheesecake formed, you can start making your cream cheese topping
Take 200g of cream cheese and mix it with 200g of Biscoff spread. Mix well, then spread the mix over the entire top of the cookie base. Next, leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours for it to set.
This next part is optional but highly suggested. One woman took it the next step, adding more crushed Biscoff cookies around the edge of the cheesecake. She then placed two more cookies and added them to the middle of the cake. Once you’ve finished those simple steps, you’ll have a delicious Biscoff cookie cheesecake to eat. Trust us, you’ll want to make it over and over again.
