Two friends show what the same outfits look like on two completely different body types

Women all over the world are finally embracing the size they are now. Some are happy with it, some are trying to lose or gain a few pounds, but many have come to the conclusion AT LAST that nothing changes in a day.

The body you wake up with is the one you have to rock all day long.

Maria Castellanos and Denise Mercedes are besties with two different bodies. And they wanted to show the world just how hard they could “twin” in the same outfit, regardless of shape.

We’re pretty obsessed with their Instagram accounts and wanted to show you 20 photos that illustrate just how beautiful women are when they wear confidence along with clothing.

1. Fall into autumn

Autumn in New York is such a special time. The heatwaves are gone along with the tourist and glam girls roam the streets again in layers of fashionable goodness.

Yes, Denise and Maria are both young and beautiful – and you might not be one of those things anymore – but don’t let that stop you from seeing what they’re showing you. And that’s that the way you style an outfit for your body type and the way you carry yourself in it is what really makes you look like a star.

2. Date night glam

Headed out on the town? How off some back or rock your curves in a dress that shows off what you’ve got.

Each woman is highlighting the best of what this dress brings to them. And, yes, some of that goodness is Instagram posing. But one thing we love is that they both give us some pointers about playing up our assets with posture as well as clothing.

3. Beach day

Don’t let the fact that you might not love your body steal your summer fun. You deserve a day at the beach just like everyone else.

And the truth is that everyone else is so worried about how they look that no one cares much about how you look. Everyone looks great when they’re having fun.

4. Snap into something new

This video is amazing for the variety of styles these women show off. Every time they snap their fingers, you get to see a new outfit.

We’re not sure which one is our favorite, but we’re thinking it’s the grey skirts and black turtlenecks.

5. Yoga time

You can wear roughly the same outfit, but busty girls often need some more support depending on their size.

These two are rocking the same bottoms but tops suited to their bust size. Of course, you can wear whatever you want on top, but no one likes those tiny straps digging in their shouldersbecause they’re working so hard.

6. 4s a charm

Here’s a video with 4 more outfits, all of which we love.

While we might not be able to rock the bodycon dresses anymore, it’s also amazing to see what a bit of shapewear does to smooth out curves (rather than trying to hide them).

Whether they’re showing off long legs or an hourglass figure, both women are pretty smokin’ in all 4 outfits!

7. Put it in neutral

While we might not be keen to wear every part of this outfit, it’s fascinating to see how cinched waists and flutter shoulders can highlight someone’s assets, even if they happen to be in different places.

And we love that this photo shows some options for busty women to make low-cut tops more wearable.

8. That’s why they call it the blues

There are some colors that look good on everyone, and robin’s egg blue happens to be one of them.

Bodycon dresses can be pretty tough to pull off, but if you can smooth your shape, it hardly matters what size you need.

9. Fashion in motion

We love the outfits in this video, even if we’re not exactly running off to buy biker shorts (and aren’t sure how exactly they came back into style).

We’re having a hard time choosing our favorite out of these outfits, but the head-to-toe black is something we might have to shop for later!

10. Getting formal

The two dresses and casual outfit in this video definitely made us want to do some online shopping!

We just wish we knew about they shapewear and had mastered the art of posing as well.

11. Belly-baring

Not in love with your middle section? We feel you. As we get older, we tend to gain more weight there.

While our models might be too young and fit to worry about it, the rest of us might not necessarily feel keen to leave our navels nude.

Then again, you can try whatever you want!

12. Style with smiles

These two women look like they’re having so much fun with their #stylenotsize Instagram hashtag.

And the sentiment continues to be true – it’s the attitude that makes the biggest impression and helps carry the clothing.

13. Resort time

We’re pretty obsessed with the second look – bikinis and oxford shirts.

There’s just something about menswear with such a feminine look that screams style. And it turns out it works on at least two very different body types!

14. Gucci girls

We had to put these together from Denise and Maria’s separate Instagram pages but we just couldn’t skip this look.

It’s the little details that make a big difference! (We’re just not sure our waists can be cinched like that.)

15. Photoshoot chic

In case you were wondering, a lot of clothing the women wear in #stylenotsize features is from Asos, which is known for being size-inclusive.

We hope these beautiful floral dresses are still in stock!
